Cottage Rules and Regulations:
Horses require proof of current Coggins, Influenza, and rhinopneumonitis vaccinations at a minimum.
A recommendation is Potomic fever vaccine due to the area rivers and streams.
No horse riding on the property; please stay on the driveway, designated pasture, stall areas and walkway areas. New River Trail is 4 miles away with accommodations for horse trailer parking and out houses.
No hiking or biking on the property since it is a farm and we have electric fencing surrounding the property. Please explore the local parks and sites.
RV/Camper hookups are not available, guests are required to stay in cabin. No tent-camping permitted as well.
No smoking. Smoking inside the cottage will result in a minimum charge to your credit card of $225.00 (and possibly more) to cover the cost of restoring the cottage to its arrival (non-smoking) state.
No fires or grilling. At this time we have a microwave available for cooking.
Adults must accompany children under 18 at all times.
Minimum age to make a reservation is 25 years old.
Due to special needs of rescue animals, please do not feed or pet them. Electric fencing encloses them. We will be happy to talk about their history.
Cottage and/or barn rental requires release of liability form signature.
It is the guest obligation to immediately report any problem or damage to rental property to management.
We require 2-week cancellation notice for full refund. 50% refund if cancelled in less than two weeks. If less than 3 days then no refund. A $300.00 security deposit is due at the time of check-in to cover any damages, it will be fully refunded after satisfactory evaluation inspection and return of keys. The security/damage deposit requires a valid credit card number. Please keep the noise level down out of respect for the rescue animals, local residents and neighbors.
Registered guests only allowed on property.
By accepting this reservation, the registered guest and party will not hold Pridemore Peak LLC, the owner, or any of their staff liable for loss of property or injury to anyone in their party and will not bring any suit in any court against the above.
